As your therapist, my goal is to work with you in a judgement free space in which you feel supported to create change in your life. Through our sessions, we will work collaboratively to identify and create strategies and coping skills that you can bring with you outside of our sessions into the real world.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois – Chicago and have spent my time working with various populations in the Chicago area for the past 10+ years. In my work with clients, I use a relational approach and draw on evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and mindfulness to guide our work. I come from a strengths-based perspective in order to help you find your strengths that will help you to make positive changes in your life.
