Accepted Insurance

I accept BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois PPO and Blue Choice insurance plans as well as UnitedHealthcare. If you do not have insurance or do not want to use insurance, full out-of-pocket fees for sessions are available. If you would like to submit for reimbursement to your insurance provider, I will gladly provide you with the necessary forms. Prior to our first session, please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage, as mental health benefits differ from plan to plan.

Consultation

I know that the decision to come to therapy is a delicate one and you may have questions. As part of my policy, I offer a free 20 minute consultation by phone before starting services so that I can provide you with an opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the process of therapy and to see if I will be a good fit for your needs.

Payment

If you plan to pay out of pocket, the following rates apply for sessions:

Initial Session - $175
55 Minute Session - $165
45 Minute Session - $135

Cancellation

If you must cancel an upcoming session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or sessions canceled within 24 hours will be charged the full cost of the session.
